Exchanges are complimentary and merchandise ships out within 1-2 business days. For returns, we deduct a $10 processing and shipping fee.

Return Policy

Our return policy is as follows: Returns must be delivered to our e-commerce warehouse within 21 days (three weeks) of the delivery date for a full refund. Any return received after 21 days will be returned to sender. Returns can take up to 14 days after delivery for our e-commerce warehouse to process. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation. A credit will post to your statement within 2-7 business days depending on your financial institution.

All purchases made at our Nolita and Amagansett stores are exchange or store credit only.
FINAL SALE: Any merchandise marked with final sale is not eligible for return or exchange. Items that qualify as final sale are noted on their product page, and at checkout. No price adjustments on past purchases. All fragrance, earrings, and underpinning orders are final sale.
All merchandise returned must be returned in the original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags intact.
